We're building a CSV/Excel importer for the main sections (members, fees, transactions). It will be available in the coming months. In the meantime you can enter the essential historical data manually.
Permissions are configurable per role: admin, president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, conductor, member, guest. The treasurer can see cash and fees but not the inventory, if configured that way.
Yes. Each choir has its own isolated space. No other choir can see your data. Servers in Europe, GDPR compliance, and the option to export or delete all data at any time.
Yes. Every module offers PDF and CSV export. Fee payment receipts are generated automatically as PDFs.
The management suite is included in the Pro Lite and Pro plans, free for 6 months at launch. The Free Limited plan only offers basic member-management features.
Yes. Stored files are encrypted, on EU servers, isolated per choir. No unauthorized user can read them, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Yes. Generate an external link with an expiry date for a single file. They download only that file — no account, no access to the rest of your space.
