Terms of Use

1. Account and Access

To use Choralyx you need to create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out through your account.

Choralyx reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

2. User Content

By uploading content to Choralyx (audio tracks, lyrics, images, etc.) you declare that you have the necessary rights or have obtained the authorizations to share such content.

Uploading content that infringes third-party rights, is offensive, discriminatory or contains illegal material is not allowed. Choralyx reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules.

3. Intellectual Property

Choralyx's software, design and original content are the exclusive property of Choralyx or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing or modifying any element of the platform without written authorization is prohibited.

4. Uploaded Tracks and Copyright

Rights in the tracks and content you upload to Choralyx remain yours (or the respective rights holders'). By uploading a track you grant Choralyx a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, strictly necessary for processing and providing the requested service.

Choralyx does not claim ownership of your tracks and will not use them for purposes other than service provision without your explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Choralyx is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or the absence of errors in AI processing results (track separation, MIDI transcription, etc.).

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Choralyx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to the Terms

Choralyx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or via notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of Choralyx, the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
