Frequently asked questions
At the end of the trial you have a 14-day grace period where the choir stays fully operational. After that, if you don't choose a paid plan, you automatically move to the Free Limited plan (free with limits on members/storage/uploads). Your tracks and data always stay accessible.
The yearly plan costs 17% less than 12 monthly payments. For an established choir it's the most economical choice; for testing the platform, monthly gives you more flexibility.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin area. The charge is calculated proportionally.
These are plans we're refining and will launch in the coming months. Leave your email by clicking the card and we'll get in touch as soon as they're available.
The first 100 choirs that sign up receive the "First 100" badge — visible on the choir's public page — and a lifetime discount on all future paid plans.
Our AI separates a recorded track into distinct tracks for voice and instruments. You upload an audio or video file and in a few minutes you get the separated tracks, ready for study; you can also upload each voice's track manually. Automatic score generation is coming in the next few months.
Yes. Data is stored on European servers, no sharing with third parties, GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete all your data at any time.
They're two separate spaces. "Storage / choir" (e.g. 10 GB) is a single choir's music library — tracks, stems, sheet music — and stays the same for every included choir, it doesn't add up. The organization archive is the admin-tools space (documents, contracts, receipts), shared across every choir in the organization: that one does grow with the number of choirs included in the plan.
